Pauta ordinária de julgamento dos recursos das sessões não presenciais
utilizando videoconferência a serem realizadas nas datas a seguir mencionadas.
O B S E R V AÇÕ ES :
1) Solicitação de sustentação oral, transferência ou retirada de pauta deve
ser enviada em até 2 (dois) dias úteis antes do início da reunião mensal de julgamento
da turma, independentemente do dia em que o processo tenha sido agendado;
2) As sessões de julgamento serão transmitidas ao vivo no canal do CARF
na

3) Serão julgados na primeira sessão ordinária subsequente, independente
de nova publicação, os recursos cuja decisão tenha sido adiada, em razão de pedido
de vista de Conselheiro, não-comparecimento do Conselheiro-Relator, falta de tempo
na sessão marcada, ser feriado ou ponto facultativo ou por outro motivo objeto de
decisão do Colegiado; e
4) O julgamento do(s) processo(s) constante(s) na tabela abaixo, coluna
"ITEM" e "PROCESSO", servirá como paradigma para o julgamento do(s) processo(s)
constante do(s) item(ns) na coluna "ITENS REPETITIVOS" da tabela. O resultado do
julgamento do processo em referência será aplicado ao(s) processo(s) repetitivo(s) de
que trata a coluna "ITENS REPETITIVOS" da tabela abaixo, nos termos do § 2º do art.
47 do Anexo II à Portaria MF 343, de 9 de junho de 2015, que aprovou o Regimento
Interno do CARF. É facultado às partes fazerem sustentação oral quando do julgamento
do processo paradigma, nos termos do § 12 do art. 58 do Anexo II à Portaria acima
citada.
