Prorroga credenciamento a peritos credenciados por
esta Alfândega até 01º de outubro de 2025.
O DELEGADO DA ALFÂNDEGA DA RECEITA FEDERAL DO BRASIL DE BELÉM, no
uso das atribuições que lhe conferem o inciso III do ––§ 1º do art. 299 e o inciso III do art.
360 do Regimento Interno da Secretaria Especial da Receita Federal do Brasil, aprovado
pela Portaria ME nº 284, de 27 de julho de 2020, e tendo em vista o disposto no art. 13
da Instrução Normativa RFB nº 2.086, de 8 de junho de 2022, e o que consta no processo
administrativo nº 10209.720078/2021-02, declara:
Art. 1º Prorrogar, de 01/10/2023 a 01/10/2025, os credenciamentos outorgados
pelo ADE nº 71/2021, publicado no DOU de 16/09/2021, para as especializações de
Arqueação de Granéis, Engenharia Química e Química.
