julgamento dos recursos da 1ª Turma Ordinária da Quarta Câmara da 1ª Seção, em
sessões síncronas presenciais, a serem realizadas nas datas a seguir mencionadas, no
Setor Comercial Sul, Quadra 01, Bloco J, Edifício Alvorada, Brasília, Distrito Federal.
O B S E R V AÇÕ ES :
1) Solicitações de sustentação oral devem ser enviadas até 2 (dois) dias
úteis antes do início da reunião mensal de julgamento da turma, independentemente
da sessão em que o processo tenha sido agendado;
2) Solicitações de transferência ou retirada de pauta devem ser enviadas até
4 (quatro) dias úteis antes do início da reunião mensal de julgamento da turma,
independentemente da sessão em que o processo tenha sido agendado;
3) Os julgamentos adiados serão realizados independentemente de nova
publicação;
4) O resultado do julgamento dos processos da tabela abaixo servirá como
paradigma para o julgamento dos itens da coluna "ITENS REPETITIVOS" da tabela, nos
termos do 3º do art. 87 da Portaria MF nº 1.634, de 21 de dezembro de 2023.
