Decretar a perda da autorização de residência concedida ao imigrante TATSUYA
SHIMIZU, RNM G416908F, nacional do JAPÃO, nascido(a) em 01/03/1964, filho(a) de
TOSHIO KOBARI, com fundamento no inciso I, art. 135, do Decreto nº 9.199, de 20 de
